floridashop.org sells pre-owned goods sourced and inspected by us. This site is independently owned and operated. All product names, logos and brands referenced on our listings belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any manufacturer.

We sell used items, described honestly and photographed as they are.

• Pre-owned: Items are sold in the condition stated on their listing, tested and working, with light cosmetic wear at most unless the listing says otherwise.
• Free tracked shipping: Orders are dispatched the next working day and normally arrive in 2–4 business days.
• Contents: Only the items named on the listing are included. Original packaging and accessories are not supplied unless explicitly listed.

We ship to the address attached to your payment account, so please make sure it is correct before you pay. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it with the carrier.

All purchases on floridashop.org are one-time payments. We do not store your payment credentials or charge recurring fees.

• Payment processor: Payments are handled securely by a third-party payment provider.
• Security: Checkout runs over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Currency: Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless noted otherwise.

Every order comes with a 30-day return window starting the day it is delivered. We refund in full when:

• You return the item complete and in the condition you received it.
• The item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
• Tracking shows the parcel was lost in transit.

Where an item stores data or is tied to an account, it is wiped and factory reset before dispatch so you can set it up under your own account. We are not responsible for issues caused by manufacturer software updates, changes to online services, or account actions taken by the manufacturer or platform holder.

floridashop.org is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of—or inability to use—our services or products.
